Plain-language summary of how your information is handled when you request an Ontario landlord guide.
What we collect
When you request a free guide we collect your full name, email address and mobile number, along with the guide you requested, the page you requested it from and basic referral information such as a campaign source.
We do not collect payment information and we do not ask you to create a password.
Why we collect it
Your information is used to deliver the guide you requested, to send you a secure access link so you can return to your guides later, and to follow up about your Ontario rental-property situation.
If you also opt in to landlord tips and updates, we use your mobile number to send occasional educational messages. That opt-in is separate and never required to receive your guide.
Who can see it
Your details go to Kenneth Toppin. They are not sold, rented or traded. Service providers that help deliver messages, host the website and store the guide library process your information only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your request on file so you can regain access to your guides and so we can continue any conversation you start. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text message to stop marketing texts immediately. You can also contact Kenneth to ask what information is held about you, to correct it, or to have it removed.
