Communication Terms
What you are agreeing to when you ask for a guide to be sent by text message or email.
Guide delivery messages
When you request a guide and agree to text delivery, we send you a text message containing a secure link to that guide. We also email the same link as a backup so you can return to your guides later.
These messages relate to the guide you asked for. They are not advertising.
Optional landlord tips
If you check the second box, you also agree to receive occasional Ontario landlord tips and updates by text. This is optional and is never required to receive a guide. Expect a small number of messages each month, not daily messaging.
Rates and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Message delivery depends on your carrier and we cannot guarantee delivery for every network.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from marketing texts. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact Kenneth directly to be removed.
Stopping marketing texts does not remove your guide access — your access link keeps working.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used for the purposes described above only, and is never sold or traded.
